We find from the latest return which you have been

X good enough to allow our Committee to see, that 650 out of the

2,122 still held as ui Tsai in Hong Long are over 18 years,

am that of the se 118 are over 21 years of age!

My Committee would also appreciate being informed

the reason why so many of these girls are allowed to remain

Mui Tsai after they are 18, and whether there is any limit

to the age of registered Mui Tsai.
